I had a wonderful short stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-presented, with a good supply of beverage making items. The staff were super lovely and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The breakfast was great, providing a delicious start to the day. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a stone's throw away.
All in all, everything was just fine.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff at the venue were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including climate control, a sitting area, and an ironing set. It was convenient to have a restaurant within walking distance for lunch.

The size of the room and decor and friendliness of the staff.
The fact that there wasn't a toaster with the jug and that you could hear the kids next door running around their unit and the sound of the water pipes/shower in the next room when in bed trying to sleep. Other than that everything was good

No microwave or cutlery in the room. Needed basic only for snacks.

Pleasantly surprised!
We were a little skeptical when we first arrived at the motel as it looked quite old from the outside. However, once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We even had a spa bath, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet had a great variety of options. The staff, especially the young waitresses, were friendly and professional. despite the initial appearance, our stay at Best Western Frankston International Motel exceeded our expectations. We would recommend it to others.
